  • Roadways Laned for Traffic (Mercer): CDL holder facing major traffic violation. Result: Negotiated reduction to offense that does not constitute serious traffic charge.

  • Driving on a Suspended License (Beaver): Client facing 12-month license suspension and $200 fine upon conviction. Result: Negotiated reduction to offense carrying no license suspension, fine reduced to $25.
